RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

  • RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for your recent purchase! We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. Please note that all sales are final, and we cannot issue refunds or exchanges unless specific circumstances apply. However, if you happen to receive a defective item or an incorrect or missing item, we will accept a return or exchange. To do so, please contact our customer service within five (5) business days and provide supporting evidence. We will review your claim and contact you to discuss a resolution. 

Please keep in mind that if the outer packaging is damaged, but the product itself is undamaged, it cannot be returned. If your return is approved, you have fourteen (14) days to send the product back to us in its original packaging, with no missing pieces. As the customer, you are responsible for properly packing, shipping, and insuring all returned packages using traceable ground shipping to our warehouse address. Once we inspect your product and receive your shipping invoice, we will refund any shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. 

  • TAXES, DUTIES POLICY:

Please be informed that Mirqle Trading shall not be held liable for any customs or taxes associated with your order. The customer bears the sole responsibility for any fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs, sales tax, and use tax based on the customer’s local authority.

  • SHIPPING POLICY:

Mirqle Trading offers pallet-free shipping for all states adjacent to Minnesota. For states outside of that area, we provide partial shipping fee assistance. If you need more information about this, please contact our customer service team. Please keep in mind that free shipping only applies to commercial delivery addresses. If you need shipping to a residential address, there will be an additional charge. Before shipping, we carefully inspect all of our products to ensure their quality. However, we cannot take responsibility for any damage that occurs during the shipping process. It’s important to note that there may be additional charges from shipping carriers due to limitations or difficulties accessing certain destinations. Mirqle Trading is not responsible for any of these additional charges.
